Purchase and Refund Policy for Spare Parts
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing spare parts from Elegant Kitchen Trading, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Electronic Spare Parts:
No refunds are allowed for electronic spare parts.
Exceptions: Refunds for electronic parts are subject to approval by our staff within a few hours of purchase.
Non-Electronic Spare Parts:
Refund Eligibility: Customers must return the spare part with the original invoice.
Condition of Return: The spare part must be in its original condition, without any connections, scratches, or damages.
Timeframe for Returns: Returns must be made within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
