Specifications

How to Use

• Group head back-flush: put 1 teaspoon in the blind filter, run the brew cycle in 10-second on/off intervals 4–5 times, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Filters and portafilters: about 1 tablespoon per litre of hot water, soak for at least 30 minutes, then rinse.
• Irritant – wear gloves and keep away from eyes.

Regular Cleaning Protects Your Machine

Coffee oils, milk residue and limescale reduce extraction quality and cause blockages in group heads, valves and boilers. Regular cleaning and descaling, together with a good water filter, keeps the machine running and the coffee tasting right.
