The Inoksan Gas Double Grill 7IG22 is a high performance Fry Top from the Perfect 700 line, designed for professional kitchens that demand versatility and durability. This 1 module grill features a half-smooth and half-ribbed surface, ideal for cooking a variety of foods with perfect results every time.

Built with a robust 18/8 Cr Ni stainless steel body and aluminized steel inner parts, it ensures long-lasting strength and hygiene. An oil collecting channel with a front discharge system allows effortless grease management, while the easy to clean stainless steel drawer collects excess oil efficiently.

For safety and cleanliness, upstands on three sides prevent splashing during cooking. Each frying zone can be controlled independently with dual control systems, featuring gas taps with pilot flames, minimum, maximum flame adjustment, and thermocouple protection that automatically stops gas flow if the flame goes out.

The stainless steel gas burners are compatible with multiple gas types (LPG or Natural Gas: G31, G25, G25.1, G27, G2.350) and can be easily converted without any modification. The grill also includes an automatic ignition button for convenient start-up.

Delivered with a stainless steel cabinet, featuring durable doors with ergonomic plastic handles, the 7IG22 is suitable for freestanding use, installation on cupboards (with or without doors), or cantilever setups for island kitchen designs.
