This is a 110 V element, wired in series with other elements inside the appliance. Never connect it alone directly to a 230 V supply — refit it exactly in the position and wiring of the original.

Installation

• Isolate the pizza oven from the mains and let the chamber cool completely.
• Remove the deck stone or ceiling panel to reach the element, then disconnect the terminals at the back, noting the wiring.
• Fit the new element in the same position (deck or ceiling) and reconnect exactly as the original wiring, including the earth.
• Installation should be carried out by a qualified catering-equipment technician.
