Overview

The MAJESTIC is the large contact grill in the Roller Grill range, rated at 192 hamburgers or steaks an hour. Two upper plates work over one wide bottom plate, each with its own control, so two products can run at different temperatures on the same machine.

• Two upper plates over one large 535 x 240 mm bottom plate, independently controlled.
• Cast iron plates with serpentine elements under the whole cooking surface.
• High thermal inertia: plates return heat instead of dropping between covers.
• Self-balancing tops with adjustable pressure springs per plate.
• Two commutator thermostats 0-300°C, juice drawer, heat-resistant metal handles.
• Supplied with a scraper.

Installation and notes

Smooth plates are available as an option for omelettes, eggs, wraps and flat breads, as is automatic cooking-height adjustment. The PANINI model is the smaller single-plate version of the same design.
