The Roller Grill parts list gives 500 W 76 V; a distributor catalogue lists 100 W 75 V for the same OEM number — confirm the rating of your old coil. Match the Roller Grill OEM number D01035, the power and the size with your old part, and check the model on the appliance rating plate. This is a 76 V element, wired in series with other elements inside the appliance. Never connect it alone directly to a 230 V supply — refit it exactly in the position and wiring of the original.

This part is the heating coil only. The quartz tube it sits in is a separate part — replace the tube too if it is cracked, cloudy or blackened.

Installation

• Isolate the appliance from the mains and let it cool completely.
• Remove the quartz tube, slide the old coil out and insert the new coil without stretching it.
• Handle the quartz tube with clean gloves or a cloth — skin oil on the glass shortens tube life.
• Reconnect exactly as the original wiring and refit the tube in its holders.
• Installation should be carried out by a qualified catering-equipment technician.
