Installation

• Isolate the fryer from the mains, let the oil cool completely and drain the tank.
• Unfix the element at its flange and disconnect the terminals, noting the wiring.
• Fit the new element with a new flange gasket if the old one is damaged, and reconnect exactly as the original wiring.
• Check the safety thermostat bulb is back in its clip before refilling with oil.
• Installation should be carried out by a qualified catering-equipment technician.
