Installation

• Isolate the oven from the mains and let it cool completely.
• Remove the fan cover (back panel of the cooking chamber); remove the fan if needed for access.
• Connect exactly as the original wiring (male faston 6.3 mm) and fit a new flange gasket if the old one is damaged.
• Refit the fan and cover and check that the fan turns freely before switching on.
• Installation should be carried out by a qualified catering-equipment technician.
