Overview
The MF 80 DR is a table-top twin tank fryer with 8 litres in each stainless steel tank and a drain tap on the front of both. The cold zone under each element lets debris settle out of the working oil, so fries, fish and donuts can share a machine without carrying flavour across.

- Cold zone with a 100°C differential: residues settle instead of carbonising.
- Bulb thermostat 0-180°C plus a positive-cutoff safety thermostat in each tank.
- Front drain taps on one-piece stamped, tilted tanks — no lifting hot oil.
- Control heating box lifts out completely for cleaning.
- Supplied with baskets and stainless steel lids.
