Overview
The PSR 900 E is a 900 mm electric griddle on a 10 mm decarbonised steel plate, split into three independently controlled zones. Three Incoloy elements run under the full surface, so the plate reaches an even working temperature in under ten minutes with no cold edges.

Installation and notes
Can be wired 380 V three-phase or 230 V single-phase. A wooden and stainless trolley (CHPS 900) is available if the griddle needs to move.
