Overview

The RBE 120 Q roasts six large free-range chickens, or twelve pieces of poultry, across three spits in a compact vertical cabinet. Quartz infrared tubes radiate at 1050°C, cooking through to the core rather than only browning the skin.

VERIFY: Roller Grill’s page states 6 quartz ramps in the description and 3 quartz tubes in the specification for the same model. Confirm against the unit before publishing that figure. Incoloy elements are available as an option (RBE 120 B, 8.4 kW).
