Overview

The RBE 200 Q is the five-spit rotisserie: ten large free-range chickens, or twenty pieces of poultry, in one load. Ten quartz ramps radiate at 1050°C, and each spit turns on its own ventilated motor. It is the size specified by roast-meat counters, supermarkets and high-volume restaurants.

Installation and notes

Three-phase 380 V, 14 kW — confirm the supply and breaker before installation. Incoloy elements available as an option (RBE 200 B, 14 kW). Support table TS1 and 100 mm feet available.
