Overview

The PIS 30 is the single-zone version of Roller Grill’s professional induction range: one 3 kW generator, a removable filter and a fan, in a 6 kg unit. Component life is rated beyond 15,000 hours and it runs eight hours at full power without shutting down.

• One 280 x 280 mm multi-point zone taking pans up to 28 cm diameter.
• 3 kW induction box, 230-240 V single-phase.
• Efficiency above 95%; 1.5 litres to the boil in about 2 minutes.
• Eight hours continuous at full power without automatic shutdown.
• 20 power levels, calibrated in 25-50 W steps, on a capacitive front panel.
• Glass ceramic plate with no mechanical expansion to 700°C.
• 6 kg — portable enough for buffet, live-cooking and event service.

Dimensions corrected: Roller Grill’s page lists the outside and glass-ceramic figures the wrong way round for this model. Pans must be ferromagnetic and flat-bottomed. Delivered without pans.
