Overview

The CFE 400 is an electric crepe machine built around a 400 mm enamelled cast iron plate. The enamel coating removes the long seasoning routine that a raw cast iron plate needs before first use — the machine is ready from the first crepe.

Key features

• 400 mm enamelled cast iron plate, smooth and ready to use without pre-seasoning.
• Incoloy heating element cast into the plate, held between two back-plates with insulation.
• Commutator thermostat 0-300°C for constant, repeatable plate temperature.
• Also used for buckwheat pancakes, blinis, chapatis, fried eggs and light grilling.
• Can be built into a worktop or moved for outdoor and event service.
• Supplied with the wooden T spreader.
