Overview
The GES 20 bakes two Liege style Belgian waffles at a time in a fixed cast iron mould. Unlike consumer irons it does not need to be turned during baking: there is enough power under each plate to cook both faces evenly, so the operator can load, close and walk away.

- Fixed cast iron plates — no flipping the machine mid-bake.
- Reheats two pre-cooked frozen waffles in around 45 seconds.

- Patented stainless steel tray around the lower plate catches overflow batter.
