Overview
The CT 540 B is a quartz infrared conveyor toaster built for the pace of a hotel breakfast buffet. It browns between 300 and 540 pieces an hour depending on the bread, and needs no preheating — the first slice out is the same as the last.

- Two ramps of four quartz tubes: 1550 W above, 1450 W below, radiating at 1050°C.
- Selector switch for top ramp, bottom ramp or both.
- Variable belt speed from 47 seconds to 2 minutes 30 per pass.
- Front exit for bread, brioche and bagels; rear exit for baguettes, pastries and quiche.
- Heated top roof holds toasted product ready for the buffet.
